Chiloquin District, sponsored by the Klamath Basin Chapter of the Native Plant Society of Oregon is open to everyone. 

Supplies: It is recommended that you wear sturdy shoes or boots that can get wet. Bring sun screen and/or a hat, and be prepared for mosquitoes at most sites. You may also want to bring water and lunch or snacks on the trip.

Meeting Place: Meet at the junction of Sprague River Highway and the Williamson River Road, which is north of the town of Chiloquin.   

Directions: To get there go to Chiloquin, turn north onto the Sprague River Hwy and go about 5 miles, until you reach the junction with the Williamson River Rd. (the junction is past the 5 mile marker and before the bridge over the Sprague River and is signed). 

What to Expect: From there we will visit populations of special status plants on the Chiloquin District in several different habitat types off FS Roads including the 5813 and the 2242 Rd  

Physical Requirements: Several stops with some walking off-trail for short distances.
